Who we are

Kipper is a small private company. We are not affiliated with any government, airline, vet or law firm. Write to us at [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you give us on the waitlist form: your email, roughly when you're traveling, how many trips you take with your pet in a year, your answer to the question about your last trip, and your phone number if you choose to leave it. The form also records which headline and price you saw and which route you picked, so we can learn which version of the page people prefer.

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count visits without tracking you across sites. The page stores two small values in your browser (which price you were shown and which route you picked) so a return visit looks the same. They are not cookies and never leave your device.

Why

To email you once when we open, to reply if you write to us, and, if you said it's OK, to call you for about 10 minutes about your last trip. Nothing else. No ads, no selling or sharing of your details.

Where it lives

The form runs on Tally (tally.so) and the answers are stored in a Google Sheet we control. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Email [email protected] and we delete your details within a few days, no questions. You can also just ignore our one email and you'll never hear from us again.

Children

Kipper is for adults planning travel. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
